We have a problem with our TV anywhere app
Whenever we try and log in it says
Server error sync account error:500
Any ideas ?
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear about the issues you are having trying to sign in to TV Anywhere.
Since posting has there been any improvement?
Make sure you are using the Primary email address to log in to register the device if it hasn't been previously registered.
What make and model device are you using too?
