found this statement on the help and support pages "You can have up to 5 people in the household who can access Virgin TV Anywhere on their own secondary My Virgin Media account, but don’t forget only a maximum of 2 devices can access it at a time." this to me means 5 devices registered but only 2 can work at any time. Spoken to customer services they say only 2 devices can be registered at once. Can anyone advise?
Thanks for your reply, although I doubt even 3 people would find that useful, what would be useful (which in my opinion is what Virgin media are describing) is having 5 devices registered but restricting them so that only 2 of the 5 can be used at once.
