Just moved house so had my TIVO installed yesterday. Tried to sign into my TV anywhere app and I'm being told that my details are incorrect. I've created a new password on the website but still can't get in.
Any ideas anyone?
It can take up to 24 hours for your account to be activated. Can you log into Virgin Media My Account online?

As mentioned by clerom, once changes are made to your TiVo® it can take 24 hours for it to allow you to log in to the app.
Since you posted have you been able to log in or are you still having an issue?
