TV anywhere app

I am driven mad by the tv anywhere app as asking to log in again and asks daft questions to choose pictures with street signs which apparently i am getting wrong!! Help!!!

I've been having the same problem for about a week- I can't login at all though

yes the app won't sign in on any device and I have tried, Nivida Shield Tablet, Samsung Galaxy s7 and Motorola G3. Last week all were working fine.

It either claims the sign in details are wrong and tried captcha images, signs in and just shows the website or doesn't sign in at all with a "General Error"

I have cleared the app data (cache), removed the App & reinstalled and restarted the phone. It doesn't matter if I'm on home virgin wifi or 4g all the same.

Hopefully Virgin will fix this, but I won't hold my breath

I could never watch any shows on it anyway as always came up with the error not connected to home network but useful on the move to record a programme or series or check on planned recordings

I managed to resolve the general error message by connecting to nearby devices ie the samsung tv on my wifi settings it suddenly let me in with no login required thank god!
