Since the recent app update, I am unable to get it working again on my iPad.
Even with rebooting it, the tivo box and reinstalling the app. It keeps asking for my login details, I provide these correctly and then it allows me to view the main menu, I change it to the guide view, select the programme I want to watch and the app crashes.
Been doing this for 2 days now and annoyed that Virgin don't seem to be aware or acknowledging there is a problem with the app.

Whenever there is a change to your OS version on any device, this can sometimes trick the TV Anywhere into thinking it's a brand new device, when in all fact it isn't. Also logging in may sometimes actlike this. The best course of action would be re-registering your device after reinstallation. To help you along I have refreshed your allowances

I recently upgraded my package for bit sports to watch the champions league on iPad, unfortunately yesterday i was not given the usual iPad option , so I regeggitered it , renamed it, and still not showing up, keeps telling me to registered the device. How can I get a refund for the missed champions league game and future games if problem ensues
I am having this same issue - constantly going round in circles logging in and not a robot. I am on iOS 10.2. Currently going round in circles with your indian call centre who have even less of a clue than Baldrick
