I am new to TV anywhere and when i try to register my device (a laptop with flash player) I get the following message:
Access Denied- Virgin TV customers only
Sorry TV anywhere is only available to Virgin customers.
I should have access to this, can you please tell me how this can be fixed?

I am sorry to read that your unable to sign into your TV Anywhere account.
Are you signing in with your primary Virgin Media email address? You don't have to say what it is at the moment.
On your account, there is one device that is already registered to use TV Anywhere. Is this device working OK or is it the device in question that is having the issue?

No this is not the primary account. My brother has set this up for me and granted me access to TV anywhere ( as I can see from my profile).
It is a new device I am trying to register, however Im am getting the same access denied message when I click the "Register Device" button.

To be able to register the new device you will need to sign in with the primary email account. Once this has been completed you will be able to use TV Anywhere.
