TV anywhere App

I have mistakenly put the wrong device name on the app and it's taken the wrong name as a new device.

Deleted it but now it's saying I can't register any new devices until the 1st December. Is there anyway to reset the app?

You need to wait for a staff member to reply, it can take days......only they can do that for you, if they deem that you are a deserving case (a bit of guess work there) then they can reset the device change for you.

Hi Ben

The activity status says no device changes remaining this month

Last activity device change made 2nd November (which was my error last week)

No more device changes until 1st December

I've gone in to the account today and added a device change for you to be able to re-register your device.

Hi Kath

I have just attempted to register my ipad and got the following box pop up

"Sorry, you don't have any available changes to register this device."

So looks like I'm still unable to watch on my ipad

Hi pd66qpr, 

 

Thanks for coming back to me on this. 

 

Checking your registered devices there is one change left for you to use. 

 

There are still 2 registered devices currently there for TV Anywhere so make sure you remove one of these first. Once you have a spare slot to register the iPad, it will then go through without any errors Smiley Happy

 

Using a PC/Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Remove the current registration by clicking on the Delete button.
