You need to wait for a staff member to reply, it can take days......only they can do that for you, if they deem that you are a deserving case (a bit of guess work there) then they can reset the device change for you.
Checking your registered devices there is one change left for you to use.
There are still 2 registered devices currently there for TV Anywhere so make sure you remove one of these first. Once you have a spare slot to register the iPad, it will then go through without any errors
Using a PC/Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Remove the current registration by clicking on the Delete button.
