TV anytime app sign in issues

I am new to Virgin media and I have a Tivo box however I have downloaded the TV anytime app on android for my Samsung s6 but it will not let me log in, it says invalid username or password, I don't know why this is as I have signed up to Virgin media and I came access it via computer through the website but not via app?

how I can get this sorted please?

I have the same problem, tried talking to someone on chat but it is always busy!! Please let us know how to sort this

I am sorry that you've not been able to log in, I would like to ask if you have been able to use the 'Forgot my password' option, or have you been able to log in finally?
