Hi Terri I have been told that the app now logs people off after 12 hrs due to some licensing issues, I must say this is a real pain and don't understand what licensing issues there must be as no one has said anymore. Regards Ian
Hi maz3613 I & nearly 100 posters on the TV on the go section of this forum that have registered complaints on this, would love to know where this information comes from, did it come from a virgin source, as there has been nothing official from them, it sounds like quess work. Regards Micky
@maz3613 Sorry for any confusion here Ian. We've been made aware that this change was intentional. Due to licensing and other legal stuff we have made the app log you out automatically after 12hrs of inactivity. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
