I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue viewing content on your computer.
Since posting, have things improved at all?
If not, come back to me with the following:
What browser are you using?
What OS are you running on the PC?
Do you have the same issue with all channels or just a select few?
What about other streaming platforms such as Netflix or YouTube?
