I am a new customer to Virgin Media and had all of my equipment installed 24 hours ago. I have downloaded the TV Anywhere app on my iPad. However every time I try to log in it keeps presenting the message username and password invalid, yet I know they are not. I have even tried changing them but still no joy. Any ideas please?
Hi Ben, Tanks for getting in touch. I am trying on both my iphone and ipad which are both using IOS 10.0.2. I have tried using caps for my email address as it was noted down this way when I registered with Virgin on the phone. I have now edited this to make it small case and also tried that to no avail. So I have tried all the ways I know to get past the log in but it still keeps on saying Invalid username/password. I have also deleted the app several times and re-downloaded it without success. ???
I can get the website up and there is a lot of information on it. However when I click on something to watch live TV I get the message `This device is not optimised for this service-you are using an ios device-why not download our App! Back to square one methinks?
