Hi there, are there problems today with the TV Anywhere app? It will not accept my password on iPad and iPhone, yet I can login into "My Virgin Media" and email. Very frustrating. Thanks Alan
Just logged out on my iPad Mini and then successfully logged back in, so it can't be a global problem.
Have you checked Service Status to see if it's an area problem, local to you? There does seem to be a few reports of this issue in the forum today.
The system has since allowed me to login since Monday. All working fine one again.
