TV Anywhere

Once again TV Anywhere on BT Sports goes down when theres a big match on,this is an obvious attempt to get more people to sign up to premium channels.

It's a disgrace don't we pay enough each month without you being so deceitful.

Re: TV Anywhere

Hi michael70,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you here and I can only apologise for the continued issues you are having.

We have been working on this and as well as making changes in the background to help relieve things, we've also tried increasing the capacity hoping this would fix things. It looks as though we need to go back to the drawing board so we are trying a new approach as everything we are currently doing doesn't seem to be working Smiley Sad

We are looking to try and identify any trends with the errors you are getting against the devices or OS you are using. Can you come back to me with the following:
> What is the Full make and Model of your device?
> What is the OS Version?
> What is the EXACT error message you are getting?

I know you are frustrated but hopefully this will help us reach a resolve.

Thanks,
Kath_F

Re: TV Anywhere

Thanks for your reply I'm on a new laptop with windows 10 on Internet Explorer.
Lst night was so typical about five minutes after the match finished I could access it. It was message 404,which I think technically means we want you to spend more money so we switch it off.

Re: TV Anywhere

Hi michael70,

Thanks for coming back to me on this.

In order for me to add this information to the spreadsheet we are collating the information on I'll need to know the Make and Model of your laptop as well.

For now, there isn't much else I can do apart from apologise but rest assured we are doing what we can to get this resolved.

Thanks,

Re: TV Anywhere

Thanks Kath,

I'm not going to use it anymore,I'm also going to leave Virgin and go to Sky and use Sky Go.,

This went off during the Hillsborough tribute last night at the Liverpool match, I'm just finished after that to be honest, It was very important to me that.

Thanks for trying to help and taking the time to message me..

Mike.

Re: TV Anywhere

Hi PDavies,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are still having an issue with watching TV Anywhere.

As this isn't specifically related to the football, something else is at play here.

Is it only the Sky apps that you are having the issue with or is this happening with TV Anywhere too?

Let me know.

Thanks,
