I have been an NTL/Virgin Media/TIVO customer for nearly 20 years. I could access TV ANywhere until recently but now am told I am not the main account holder. I am the only account holder. Any ideas?

Sorry to read that you're having issues with TV Anywhere.
If you sign in with the primary email address will it allow you to sign in?
With the details you sign in with now on My Virgin Media does it show you the bills? If so these details will allow you to access TV Anywhere and register the device.
