The page does not load either remains blank or I get the "Ooops......" message
Whilst I appreciate your reply, TV Anywhere works tonight, it is when the demand is high the service does not work!! You only have to see the chat on the forum since I made my first comment in February, nothing has changed and we are in April. This is unacceptable and I do not see any reference to compensation or discount, only constant excuses about a consistent fault. If there was fault by which customers were getting services for free it would be rectified immediately.............. your solutions would work then!
Yes, you are correct I am frustrated, because I am away from home a lot I rely upon this service. I was with sky for years with no issues on SkyGo, only changed supplier for BB speed for the family at home.
