TV Anywhere

I have recently acquired 2 x Amazon Fire HDX tablets. When trying to load the TC Anywhere App the sign in screen does not contain the lower portion which includes the acceptance of T&Cs.

Without this one cannot sign in.

 On a Nexus 7 there is no problem.

It is not possible to 'stretch' the screen to see if that is a solution.

 

Any ideas??

I'm sorry to hear that the app is playing up on both your tablets. This isn't what we like to hear and we can certainly take a look at things for you. 

 

Are you able to rotate the device? 

Do you currently have it in portrait or landscape mode?

 

Let us know so we can look into this further for you.

Hi Kath,

Yes have no problem in rotating the tablet and the app follows normally. As mentioned I tried expanding the screen but this doesn't work.

As I mentioned I have no problem on a Nexus 7 so wonder if this is a problem with the Amazon HDX app?

Just a thought, have you set your font on your devices to default or have you changed these to make it smaller / bigger or a different style?

 

Sometimes this can have an affect.

Hi Kath,

Thanks for your recent two responses. The good news is your suggestion re the font size was perfect. On both machines the general font size was set to medium/large. When reduced to normal or 1 depending on model) the sign is screen for the app was back to normal and usable. Have now registered one machine ok but it appears the second has to  wait until next month.
