TV Anywhere

Just changed PC to windows 10 model. Tried to log on to tv anywhere . told device not available, change device. Deleted and changed device to new PC, then told Chrome flash player no good forTV anywhere.Tried to run on internet explorer and told to change device, but cant because i have used my once a month device change. is there a way around this as i cant change again till January 1st

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to get things working on your new PC. I have added a device change for you to re-register the device using Internet Explorer or Firefox Smiley Happy

 Virgin were very good. i phoned them and they gave me a device change before your reply. I really appreciate your help though.
