TV Anywhere

Help!

I recently upgraded to Vivid and have started to hit account issues.. I guess the backend system is a little messed up.

I couldn't login to myvirginmedia.com account with the email I'd setup. I had to go back to the original account email.

Now .. I can get into myvirginmedia but.....

The TV Anywhere App won't log in at all. If I use the web-page I also get the message that I don't have Tivo which I do and am paying for.

I'd just like the access and availability of my services back i.e. TV anywhere, Tivo access etc but it looks like my accounts are not as they were.

Is someone able to offer advice I'd appreciate it

Thanks for your post and apologies TV Anywhere isn't allowing you to log in at the moment. 

 

I can see Jen is dealing with this here: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Managing-Your-Account-Cable/myvirginmedia-login/m-p/2982208#M161...

 

As it's been over 24 hours since your Virgin Media details, try logging in again for me and let us know what happens.

Hi..

 

I still cannot login using the IOS APP ..

 

From the web-client I cannot manage my Tivo (says I don't have one).

ever since I setup a new account this is constantly problematic.. It was all sorted then I upgrade to Vivid and its not working again. Whats also frustrating as the IVR for telephone support is unclear about what option to use.. and takes you down the route of broadband help (but wants to check all the kit for issues).

How do I get this sorted as its been over two weeks now

I can see from the other thread that this has been raised up with the IT team.
