From the web-client I cannot manage my Tivo (says I don't have one).
ever since I setup a new account this is constantly problematic.. It was all sorted then I upgrade to Vivid and its not working again. Whats also frustrating as the IVR for telephone support is unclear about what option to use.. and takes you down the route of broadband help (but wants to check all the kit for issues).
How do I get this sorted as its been over two weeks now
