I get about 15 channels and it's all the channels I have no interest in. I used to get BT sport but don't now and all the BBC channels have gone.
I use an apple iPhone 6plus.
To be honest, everything about Virgin media is terrible these days: Internet connection is slow, TV picture breaks up occasionally and phone help line is well, only useful if your query matches a numbered option.
I've called about Internet and after downloading a speed tester was told I needed to sit closer to my router!! Laptop was in same place as BT which was faster.
Sorry for my rant. At least if you can resolve Arab anywhere, I'll be happier.
