Re: TV Anywhere

Hi cussy007,

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having using TV Anywhere.

In order for me to help you further, are you using the online version or app version of TV Anywhere?

If online:

What browser are you using?

Have you upgraded your browser/OS since using TV Anywhere?

If app:

What is the make and model of your device?

Have you upgraded the OS since using TV Anywhere?

Let me know so I can look into this further for you.

Thanks,

Re: TV Anywhere

Hi cussy007,

Thanks for coming back to me on this.

The upgrade to Windows 10 will mean you'd need to re-add your device. The new OS makes it look as though it is a different device.

If you have a device change left to use, log in to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Delete the device from here and then attempt to re-register it.

If you haven't got a device change left then refer to the Private Message I have just sent for you Smiley Happy

Thanks,
