Even though I used my computer last night to watch TV Anywhere it now says that I have used my alloted devices for the month, I have not used it on any other device. ?

Have you upgraded your browser/OS since using TV Anywhere?
What is the make and model of your device?
Have you upgraded the OS since using TV Anywhere?

I have recently updated to Windows 10,

The upgrade to Windows 10 will mean you'd need to re-add your device. The new OS makes it look as though it is a different device.
If you have a device change left to use, log in to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Delete the device from here and then attempt to re-register it.
If you haven't got a device change left then refer to the Private Message I have just sent for you
