TV Anywhere

Anyone offer any suggestions regarding the TV Anywhere App on my Samsung Galaxy S6. It was working fine but now just comes up with an error on signing in that says "The login page could not be reached. check your connection and try reloading the page." then gives two options - Return to Sign in or Exit

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and cleared the cache on the phone and still the same.

I have the app on my ipad too and this is working fine and that is the only device registered with the App.

Any suggestions much appreciated

I'd maybe check that Android System Webview is up to date https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview&hl=en_GB

Hi, I'm having exactly the same issue on my tablet. It was working fine until I upgraded the App and then it stopped working... Hopefully someone on here can help and fix it as it's completely useless now.

OK - fixed it!! Updated the Android System Webview, uinstalled the app and then re-installed. Now logged in and working OK! Smiley Surprised) Thanks Ben for the Webview info.

Hmmm. Now working. Perhaps registrations taked a while. Hopefully the above (uninstall, re-install) will fix your original problem Paul!! Smiley Happy
