I have complete Virgin package but Infeed for Full House TV & Broadband to home are separate modems. I am therefore not able to access TiVo on my IPad although I am paying 'full whack' and been a loyal customer for many years. Do I need an engineer to call so each can 'talk to each other'?
Many thanks for your helpful suggestions but the plot thickens. Tried all you suggested without success and only more frustration until I came to your suggestion to reset wireless settings. Reset from VM783149-5G to VM783149-2G and SUCCESS at long last. Worked on both devices. - presumably I need to stay on this Wi-Fi connection in future. Again thanks for your help
