TV Anywhere working in Chrome 43 (latest) - Step by step...

1)  Open Chrome

2)  Enter chrome://plugins into your address bar.

3)  Disable Adobe Flash Player (PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll)

4)  Download https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=FP_18_for_Firefox_-_NPAPI&os=Windows%208.1&bro... & install it.

5)  Restart Chrome.

6)  Enter chrome://flags/#enable-npapi & enable NPAPI.

7)  Hit "Relaunch now" at the bottom left.

8)  Enter chrome://plugins

9)  Enable Adobe Flash Player - There will be two. Ignore pepperflash, enable the second one.

10)  Restart Chrome.

Enjoy.

It'll only work until late 2015 (v45 will remove NPAPI completely) but at least you won't have to put up with Firefox Smiley Wink

It'll only work until September http://www.chromium.org/developers/npapi-deprecation

September 2015

In September 2015 (Chrome 45) we will remove the override and NPAPI support will be permanently removed from Chrome. Installed extensions that require NPAPI plugins will no longer be able to load those plugins.

And it's not supported by Virgin Media (or Google I'd suggest), so doing the above is at your own risk - which is why it was removed as the official work around.

This will also count as a device change.
