My handset (running Android Marshmallow 6.0.1) can no longer login to the TV Anywhere app, informing me that the username or password is incorrect.
I've reloaded the app a few times, restarted my handset, and have also changed the My Virgin password. I CAN log into the main website with the new password with no problem. However, I still keep getting login error messages when trying to login to the mobile app using the same username and new password.
I've had a Tivo for ages. To my knowledge, nothing has changed at my end apart from the usual security updates to the Android app.
