TV Anywhere - refusing to accept password

Hello.

My handset (running Android Marshmallow 6.0.1) can no longer login to the TV Anywhere app, informing me that the username or password is incorrect.

I've reloaded the app a few times, restarted my handset, and have also changed the My Virgin password. I CAN log into the main website with the new password with no problem. However, I still keep getting login error messages when trying to login to the mobile app using the same username and new password.

I've had a Tivo for ages. To my knowledge, nothing has changed at my end apart from the usual security updates to the Android app.

Any suggestions please?

Permit me to reply to my own post ....

All is back to normal again. I can login to TV Anywhere on my mobile phone again and it's all systems 'Go!'. 

I rebooted my Tivo.  That's all.  I've no idea if this was what fixed the password / login issue or whether someone, somewhere has waved a magic wand but all seems well again now.
