As a virgin media customer with skysports included in my package I am unable to watch skysports channels on my laptop via wifi.
In firefox (version 44) when I sign into skysports website as virgin media customer then click play to selected channel I get messages:
"Obtaining licence to play video."
then I get following message repeatedly.
"Apologies, this item has been interrupted due to an error. Please click play to resume watching.[t:6038 / c:4110]
Any idea how this can be fixed?
Thanks for posting and apologies to here you are having an issue with this.
Usually this error code relates to a Silverlight fault.
In order to use the Sky Sports site, you need to have SIlverlight installed and working.
Make sure you have the latest version of Silverlight installed and also check your cookies to ensure they are set to Always.
