TV Anywhere has started showing "DEVICE NOT RECOGNISED"

Hi, I've used TV Anywhere on my laptop every day for the last few months. Today when clicking the play icon on any channel I get the "device not recognised" message. There have been no changes to my PC that I am aware of. Can you advise how I can resolve this please?

Apologies to hear you are having an issue using TV Anywhere currently. 

 

We're aware there is a fault and we are already on the case to get this resolved. 

 

We'll be posting any updates to this thread here: TV Anywhere online and iOS
