Since the most recent TV Anywhere for Android update (4.0-961463), I am no longer able to log in and watch TV on my Android tablet. If you look at the app reviews in the Play store, an awful lot of people have given 1 star reviews and complained about being stuck at the login in screen, with the message "For security reasons, please confirm you're not a robot below". I gave up after doing this 10 times with no success..
I have tried:-
Clearing app cache Clearing app data Reinstalling app Rebooting
But nothing works. All the other software is up to date.
Can someone from Virgin Media please explain what is being done to resolve this as I and many others are frustrated with this!
I have used the Anywhere app on my tablet with no issues for donkeys. However, I had a V6 /Superhub3 installed earlier this week....and i can no longer use the app as cannot get past the 'prove not a robot' screen...just keeps in that loop.
I have no such problem on my phone with app.
I have a Lenovo Tab 2 A10- 70F tablet running Android version 5.0.1. As said, there was no problem with the app on the tablet until the after the V6/Superhub3 install
