TV Anywhere fails to login after replacement TIVO box installed
Hi, I had a faulty TIVO box replaced yesterday and now I cannot login to TV Anywhere. Whenever I enter my email/password, it responds "invalid username or password. Make sure you user your full My Virgin Media username..." I've entered the same details that I have always used and that worked previously.
I have checked and confirmed that the replacement Tivo is available on my network .
I use the app a lot and it's really frustrating that a fix to the Tivo failure has now created another issue.
