Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue using your Pixel C Tablet.
I know another customer had this issue before and I'm sure it was down to the phone being launched with Android Version 6.0.1. Is this the version you have on your device?
If so, there is a known fault and we are working to bring TV Anywhere to devices that launched with 6.0.1 as soon as possible.
In the meantime you can use another device or a PC / laptop via anywhere.virginmedia.com
I know this isn't the best news but as soon as we have any information on this we'll let you know.
