TV Anywhere does not except I am a TV Customer

TV anywhere keep returning that I need to be a TV customer to use it. I have only used it a few times but many months ago. The service status says there is a problem.

i had problems earlier couldn't watch some channels now used up my devices so gotta wait till sat unless virgin get it sorted... best to wait or ring em up

I cannot access devices menu or do anything. It says access denied. Last time I used it was last year. I also cannot sign in with a phone, (trying to setup an account on phone for first time) it says Server Error Sync Account Error:500

ok now. connecting and downloading info on the help | settings has fixed the message and devices are showing
