TV Anywhere device not registered

Hi there,

can anyone help? I have tried to watch TV On demand on my noteook and it says that it is not one of my registered devices; I checked the settings and deleted it and then re registered it. After doing this it still says that it is not one of my registered devices, I am now too late to chat online with someone and it's becoming really frustrating.

Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

Hello Josh,

Over Christmas I installed the latest TV Anywhere app on my phone.

 

When I try to watch it goes to the streaming page then states 'This device must be registered to stream TV'

 

In an attempt to get it working I used the computer to delete the phone  (I still have my surface registered as one device) but now I have an empty device slot and no apparent way to register my phone when on the profile page on web site.

 

If I press register on the phone itself then it just goes to Access denied.

 

Would appreciate some help Josh.

I've checked out your registered devices and it's currently showing two devices registered and one device change. Are you still experiencing issue registering your phone?
