TV Anywhere app

I have regularly used the TV Anywhere app (on Samsung Galaxy S6 phone) for the last year to check what's on etc. For some reason the 'watch' button now only lets me choose 'watch on phone' , if I try to click 'watch on TV' I get a message saying "Home network required". I then scan for the network only to get another message saying"the Tivo box was not found on the current network". The info button and remote control button are both faded out with ! beside them.

Yes, it is all connected via ethernet cable, I have had it set up this way for over a year and it worked fine. I have disconnected, rebooted, uninstalled and re-installed. I am now at a loss as to what I can try next.... any suggestions???

Finally got it working again! No idea what I did different this time around, I disconnected everything the same as the previous attempts at solving the problem, but this time it worked
