I was trying to login loads and was asking me to confirm I was not a robot which is fine but then after doing all that it would say we could not connect to your TiVo at this time please try again later.
Just tried right now and it says invalid login info. Got in straight away but asked which was primary box.
My continued mess that would not login on Saturday night seems to have cleared.
As already pointed out, this does not appear to have anything to do with the DVR box in use (I have 2 TiVo boxes as it happens) as the app log-in problem is evident on the 'mobile' device irrespective of its OS type (iOS, Android, etc) PRIOR TO the attempt to connect to a box. This is a problem for VM to resolve on its own servers, in the way it has clearly changed some management procedure or protocol in the recent weeks such that an app is not permitted by VM servers to hold on to cached log-in data on a device.
