For me the problem only started recently (last 10 to 14 days), but it is consistent (in seeking log-in data on every occasion the app is opened afresh) on both my iPhone 6s and iPad Pro, both with fully updated apps and iOS. Is it due to a recent iOS update and, if so, why is VM not doing something about it?
While I appreciate that other users can't really answer my question, I trust that the message will have been read by VM and that, with the company's usual 'alacrity', we'll see a solution sometime this year ... maybe!
I'm also having problems with the TV Anywhere app regularly logging out. Whilst it allows me to log back in again, it is inconvenient. I've been using the app for years and with the odd occasion it has always remained logged in. Now it seems that every day I open up the app I get requested to enter my login and password.
