TV Anywhere Time Change Incorrect

Despite posting , nothing has been done. Still showing 1 hour out on listings. Does VM shut for the weekend in the UK or what ?. Back to the future again.

So as no-one seems to be working on sundays answering the forums, had to call 150 in India, guess what they didn`t know about the time change !  Can you believe it, well yes we can.

As I posted elsewhere, happens every clock change, I've been complaining about it since early 2014 but Virgin Media just don't care enough to fix it!

Totally agree and time now 23.58 and still green line is still  1 hour out. What got me was these people in India didn`t understand what I meant by the clock changes and the end of british summertime was the final straw.

It took them 4 days to fix something that shouldn't have ever needed fixing.  Everyone across the land knew that the clocks went back that weekend, except the people at Virgin Media.  Who don't seem capable of learning from their many, many mistakes.

 

4 DAYS!

Actually, they didn't fix it, the same will happen in 6 months.

The Clock moving forward and back does mean we need to update things manually. As much as we would love to have it done within a minute of the change happening, we're not able to. 

 

The good thing is it's getting quicker and quicker each 6 months Smiley Wink
