I have been trying to stream on my iPad app, but got the error above.
I read some past posts on the issue and decided to remove my iPad as a registered device and add it again to try and resolve.
Unfortunately, it let me remove it, but now will not let me add it again.
It just keeps repeating the same error message as above.
Please help, I really want to watch BT Sport tomorrow evening!

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you were having an issue streaming from the app whilst at work.
Certain business connections do have a security layer that stops TV Anywhere working. We can only apologise for this and ask that you refer to the IT Team at your place of work.
Streaming when connected via 4G will produce an error as the app hasn't got this capability. We are always looking at ways to improve the app though so watch this space
