Hi, I hope someone can shed some light on this -
I can log in to TV Anywhere on my Dell laptop, but using the same details on our Ipad, I get a constant message saying password or login details incorrect?
We only have one device 'registered' - does anyone have any ideas please?

I have re-synced your subscription so please test it again.
Also double check that the email address and password are the same as the one you use for your laptop and re-type the details into the relevant boxes.
