asked for a call back tomorrow to escalate the complaint from someone who can answer me
also told this was a free service Told him that nothing is free and that they sell this service as part of TiVo.

What channel were you trying to view?
We're aware that the Sky Sports app was bringing up an expected error and this was raised on Friday evening with Sky.
This has also since been resolved.
