I can sign in to my Virgin Media account, but when I click on TV anywhere it shows me as not signed in. When I click on sign in, I get a message saying TV anywhere only available to Virgin TV customers.
I have TV, phone and broadband with Virgin so why can't I sign in?

I'm sorry to hear that you are not having luck signing in to TV Anywhere. Rather than going through My VM try going directly to anwhere.virginmedia.com and signing in here. Has that made any difference?
I've re-synced your packages today so if you try signing in again things should work for you.
