TV Anywhere Device Restrictions

Is it not possible to have more than one device change for TV Anywhere - I think it's utterly ridiculous that I'm spending £1.5K a year with Virgin but because I deleted an old laptop before registering the new one I have to wait over 2 weeks before I have the privilege of making another change.

This, along with regularly interrupted service and continual price increases, is leaving me even more tempted to chuck it in with Virgin and go elsewhere.

Really sorry to hear that you feel this way regarding our service. 

 

Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we are always looking for new ways to improve.

 

We do only allow one device change per month with our TV Anywhere service.

 

I understand that this can be very frustrating, particularly if there has been an issue with a device or if you purely no longer wish to use the one registered.

 

I have therefore added a change for you.
