TV Anywhere Device Registrati​on

I just went to watch the motogp and there is a problem with device registration so I missed it...I had registered new device at beginning of the month so no available reregisters..

having just one available each month is a bit silly, for when things like this happen. having 2 or 4 really isn't going to hurt is it?

Anyway, can a moderator please get in touch to reset my limit so I can reregister both my machines?

Hi ashgaunt, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having a new face here even though the circumstances are less than great. We are aware of this issue. 

 

Just to give you an update, the teams have been working on this and we hope to have a resolution soon. 

 

As a work around we are able to add a device change for you which will allow you to register the device however as soon as you log out, you will get the same error again. To get the change added, please give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and follow the options to speak to the Broadband Faults team. 

 

I know this isn't the best solution but it is only a work around until we can get things back to normal for you.

Thanks for getting back to me Kath,

If the error will re-occur then I would rather wait for a fix, unless I really need to have to use it.

I hope it will not take them long.

Hi, I checked this weekend and it was working (without touching my device registration settings).

Later this week I will attempt to swap devices (I have a new machine) and update here.
