I am regularly getting the Device Limit Reached 106 error even though the device I am using is registered.
All I can do is delete the device and then re-add which is a work-around, but I can only do this twice in a month. This is really frustrating.
I am using a Laptop, Win 7 and IE11.
I've tried using Chrome and clearing the cache, nether fixes the issue.
Please can you help me!
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Apologies to hear you've been having an issue streaming TV Anywhere
Whenever you update the app, the OS or the browser then you would need to re-register your device. You'll also have to do this each time you clear cookies and cache.
Avoid using Chrome as this isn't supported. Stick with the supported browsers. You can view all the technical requirements here: Technical requirements for using Virgin TV Anywhere
Let us know if you need to re-register the device as we can add 1 change per month from here for you

I am having the same problem as I have updated my OS and do not have any device changes left this month
Would you be able to help me out? The account email is different from this one though.
