TV Anywhere Continuous Streaming A3328 error

I have taken my iPad on vacation but am unable to use TV Anywhere, as I continuously get the A3328 streaming error. The iPad is one of two devices registered (other is PC) and has worked perfectly at home. Help!

Re: A3328 error

Hi Dobbsad

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

I am sorry to read that you're unable to use TV Anywhere while you are away.

Have you had this error message since you posted?

Does this happen on a certain channel or all?

Are you connected to the wireless at where your staying?

Hope to hear from you soon

Sam

Re: A3328 error

I have the same error tonight, was working fine then stopped streaming.

any channel I try to connect gets the same message, even going into settings & register device.

I always seem to have issues with this app, either busy & cant connect but now is not fit for purpose. Really frustrating when you work away & would like to watch the football.

Cheers

John

Re: A3328 error

Same with me. Was streaming game fine until "one moment" message then threw me out. Couldn't get back in as continuously getting error.

Re: A3328 error

Hi both,

We have been working on this and as well as making changes in the background to help relieve things, we've also tried increasing the capacity hoping this would fix things.

It looks as though we need to go back to the drawing board so are still working on things at this end.

I can only apologise for the continued issues you guys are having.

We are trying a new approach as everything we are currently doing doesn't seem to be working Smiley Sad

We are looking to try and identify any trends with the errors you are getting against the devices or OS you are using. Can you come back to me with the following:
> What is the Full make and Model of your device?
> What is the OS Version?
> What is the EXACT error message you are getting?

I know you guys are frustrated but hopefully this will help us reach a resolve.

Thanks,

Re: A3328 error

Hi Dobbsad,

Thanks for coming back to me on this.

I have added this information to the spreadsheet we are collating the information on.

For now, there isn't much else I can do apart from apologise but rest assured we are doing what we can to get this resolved.

Thanks,
