TV Anywhere Changing devices

I have deleted one device. Cannot register a new device. Message says I have used up my change for the month. I haven't. ??

Hi Terrym1, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you here. 

 

Looking at the account I can see 2 devices have been registered this month. An iOS and an Android device. 

 

One of these would have used up your change so therefore you would need to wait until the 1st of the month to be able to change the device.
