TV Anywhere App not connecting

I have the TV Anywhere app on my iPad and iPhone. 

Both are now not connecting to the TiVo box. 

Im getting the message that the TiVo is not connected to the same network. 

We only have one network here. 

I've tried restarting the TiVo and the router without success. 

HELP

It is the VM network that the Tivo is not connected to not your LAN, a few of us are in the same boat.  

The service status page is listing the fault as ref F004287148 under Broadband & TV.

No joy. 

Tried rebooting everything, switching off at the mains. Checked that the leads are connected properly  

Still not connecting. 😒

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

Sorry to read that the TV Anywhere is not connecting to your TiVo box.

 

The fault that Scott mentioned in regards to TiVo® Apps and TV Anywhere has now been resolved.

 

Are you still getting the same issue? I can see that the TiVo® box is connected through Ethernet, if you go into the app does it now appear for you to select?
