Sync error 500

I can't log into android app saying sync error 500 what is this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you on board with us. I'm sorry that you are getting an error when trying to log into the app for TV Anywhere. Has this started working for you now?

If not, please try uninstalling then reinstalling the app. I'd recommend having a look at our TV Anywhere online help pages: TV Anywhere Help & Support.

If you continue to have problems with this, please let me know so that I can look into this further for you.
