Subscription Needed Code 110

I am currently away from home and trying to remotely set a recording of Ringside on CH 518 at 18:00.

 

I keep getting Subscription Needed - Recording could not be set. blah blah blah code 110.

I am on VIP bundle and not had an issue before.

 

As it is less than 2 hours away and I know there are repeats at some point can someone sort this please?

Trying again on my laptop for a repeat showing tonight and still the same error

I'm sorry to hear that you are getting this issue.

 

I have resynced your TV Package with your TV Anywhere account so if you could please try again for me that would be great.

 

If you're still getting the issue can you please try on another channel and let me know if this works or not Smiley Happy

That indeed has fixed it as I tried it yesterday so thanks.

Just a shame by the time it was fixed the programme and all of it's repeats had long gone and it's not available through on demand.

I wonder if you could help me too

 

I have exactly the same issue - just joined Virgin Friday and cannot get to record Sky Sports/Movies from TV Anywhere - anything else is OK ( I get the subription pop up with code 110)

I have spent over an hour with Technical help trying to resolve - with them giuding me through the log in procedure to stream Sky live - not dealing with a code 110 issue

I even visited a store - they too could not/did not help

With this and another issue a engineer is going to visit - but if this is just a synce issue then this can be cleared up much easier.

I'm sorry to hear that you too are having an issue with this error code. 

 

I have done the same for you, re synced the package with your TV Anywhere subscription. 

 

Has this made any difference?

Unfortunately this does not solve it for me!

 

Just a couple of things

1) I used to have Virgin Media some thre/four years ago - When I have taked to tech help they have pointed this out - is it definitely the active/latest account being sync'd

2) When I get the Pop Up saying subscription needed  - if I follow the subscibe link I always get a whhops screen saying it cannot access my account

 

Hope this can in someway help to find the issue

Hi Nick_C_J,

 

Thanks for getting back in touch with unable to record from TV Anywhere for Sky Sports and Sky Movies.

 

I tried this on a test account and when you select a programme either from Sky Sports or Sky Movies it gives an option for record. Also it works when you select view show information. Do you get this option when you try?

 

Another thing is to make sure you are signed in with the primary email account as that could be the reason why the error your getting is saying subscription needed.

 

Check this and let me know the outcome

I can get the further information - but the record option just pos up with subscription needed

 

I am logging in with prime account!

 

I have actually had this elevated through services - seems to be baffling everyone!

 

Oh well finger crossed they can help
