Streaming v1001 error

Hi,

Iv loaded TV anywhere on my iPad 2 - I can watch most channels apart from BT sports(which is in my subscription) which has streaming error v1001 every time! I've made sure it's the SD channel. The reviews of this app are not too good, so am I expecting too much for it to work??

Hi Semaj66,

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with streaming BT Sports via TV Anywhere.

Thank you for letting us know that you're trying the SD channel and the OS your iPad is running (from your other post) and that all other channels work fine. I've checked with our faults department and there are no known issues with BT Sports being unable to stream via mobile devices.

I have reset this for you on the TV Anywhere server. Please reboot your TiVo® first, then uninstall and reinstall the TV Anywhere app and retry.
