Slow and dropped connections

The TV Anywhere app on both iPhone and iPad has become very slow to load, and everytime I use it, it now has to reconnect to the box each time. Last night was difficult to watch Channel 5, as there were streaming problems several times in the one programme and I had to reconnect to the box to continue watching.

The issue appears to be getting worse?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've been having an issue with this Smiley Sad 

 

Have you been able to update your iOS app? If not, go in to the App Store and update it to ensure you have the latest version. 

 

If you've already done this, can you check to see if you get similar issues on other streaming apps? 

 

Finally how have things been since you last posted?

Yes. I have the latest updates automatically. Still slower than it used to be. And I get no issues with others like YouTube.
