I get error message from SkySports App that I have reached the limit for registered devices on my Android phone. I have only 2 registered devices - this PC and my Android phone.
I tried reinstalling the app but no difference.
TV Anywhere works for normal channels. If I try and watch SkySports from there it only offers "Watch on TV".
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums.
I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue adding your device for use with the Sky apps.
The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other.
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.
I have reset the Sky platform for you now so there are no devices and you have 1 change to use to add the new device. If you try streaming now, it should work.
Keep me posted.

That worked! How would I do it myself if I have issue in future. Go to the SkySports app and change devices or is it the SkySports on the web?
Thanks for coming back and letting me know things are resolved for you now
You can do this yourself by following the link I gave to you in my post. You'll need to access the platform by going to the TV Anywhere website and following the options above
If you have any further issues you know where to find me too.

You solved my android by clearing my devices - letting me add my android. However, you cleared my PC too and I can't add it back in for a month cos I only get one change a month
Never mind - but thought I'd let you know
Thanks for getting back to us!
I've added another device change for you so you can add the PC back on.
All the best
